Admission Process

Registration Form
Guardians/Students can collect School Prospectus & Registration Form by making the payment at the campus.
Necessary documents
Guardians/Students can submit the duly filled form along with the Registration fee & necessary documents at the school reception or website.
Evaluation Process
Post submission of all the documents, a date will be scheduled for the student’s evaluation, based on a written/oral exam, followed by an interview of the qualified students.
Result Declaration
If the student successfully qualifies the evaluation process for the required class, the guardians/students can further proceed with the admission formalities at the school campus. Admissions to all Pre-Primary classes and Class-I are based only on observation sessions of candidates and interviews with candidates’ parents/guardians. Admissions to Classes II and above are a two-step process:
1. Written test in English, Hindi, Science and Mathematics conducted in the school premises.
2. Candidates who qualify in the written test, appear for a personal interview.

All the guardians/students must submit the following documents to the school, at the time of Admission.

Rules and Regulation

• Registration Form has to be filled up & submitted to the officewithin five days of issue of registration Form.
• Incomplete Registration forms without photograph will not beaccepted.
• Date of Test / Observation / Interaction will be given at the timeof Registration.
• The registration form will automatically be treated invalid if a parent does not turn up for interview or does not take admissionon the date fixed up by the school.
• Registration does not guarantee admission, as it is subject to admission test (for class II onwards) / observation / interactionand availability of seats.
• A child must have completed 3 yrs. as on 31st March of the current year, for Nursery. Age for higher classes maybe calculated accordingly.
• No reservations are made on basis of Caste, Creed & Religion.
• Student after joining the school, if found indulged in any kind of indiscipline, are liable to be removed.
• The behavior, manner & educational consciousness of the parents will be taken into serious consideration foradmitting/discontinuing the child into/from the school.
• Strict regularity & punctuality, implicit obedience, courtesy in speech & conduct & cleanliness & proper uniformare necessary for all the students.
• Parents & students are asked to co-operate with the school regarding instructions, rules, discipline & timelypayment of fees etc.
• Guardians are requested to check the School Diary of their wards regularly and put the signature.The behavior of any ruffian parent will not be accepted.
• Any grievance may be considered/redressed only on parents’ written and decent request, if it is found genuineand does not affect other student/parents.
• Shouting of the parent on any issue will tarnish the image of the school management. The ward of such parentwill more reluctantly also be subject to removal from school.

Discipline

All students are expected to maintain high standards of discipline inside and outside the school premises. The school reserves the right of dismissing a student if his/her stay is detrimental to school discipline.
